When I buy cards how secure is the system

The company operates a card bank system only selling to registered landlords and operators

This largely depends on what you the landlord - operator are being charged for gas.
Residential gas is sold in Kilowatt Hour Units (kWh) and in the UK residential gas is sold for between say 3p & 5p per kWh.

To assist setting up of the Card Gas - each card reader we pre set each unit to give 55 units per card side
( a card can be used twice )

Thus if a card was inserted 55 units x 2 = 110 units downloaded

If charged at 4p per kWh = £4.40 per card* *

**meters uk Ltd cannot in any way accept any responsibility or liability for the charges made for the onward sale of cards. We suggest that all landlords and operators check with there suppliers exactly what there costs are, any figures are given as an example only
