Q1 - I don't understand all the technical jargon -- why are the Tomi Range  dry dials- multi jet such good quality
A1 -- Tomi's are dry dials -- lower quality product are known as wet dials -- the wet dails allows the water over the 
reading face which soon discolours and distroys the reading face -- Tomi's are a quality product at budget prices 
Q2 - Do you have  hot water meters
A2 - Yes Tomi's have both hot & cold water meters 
Q3 - Why do I need  a hot water meter, wont cold always do !!!
A3 - Cold Meters are designed for  temperatures up to 40C --- Hot Water Meters have a different interior 
 design and are suitable for temperatures for up to 90c 
Q4 - I am using   the meter in a Building Management System what about a pulsed out put  version
A4 - Both hot and cot versions have  a pulsed output available 
Q5 - Are Tomi's  expensive 
A5 - No all our products are manufactured to a high quality and are low cost 
Q6 - What options  are available for Energy billing within Heating & Cooling Systems

Q7 - My water pipes are in awkward places such as beneath floors and in ceilings they are going to be very
difficult to read, is there anything I can do ?
A7 - Yes RCU's are made to solve this problem (remote counter units) they are designed to assist easy reading

Q8 - I would like an instantaneous flow reading (ie the flow through the meter at the time of viewing) is it
possible ?
A8 - Meters give normally a total only (ie the total flow through the meter) however by attaching a UM420
and connecting the pulsed output from the meter to the UM420 this can be achieved please view details

Q9 - Can you provide a Automatic Meter Reading system - so i do not have too read the meters manually
